How much do Local deliveries cost?
All products priced € 50.00 and over are delivered right to your doorstep for FREE.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping costs vary on the quantity and type of product selected. Please check out the shipping rates from our buying page.
Do you deliver Internationally?
YES, we are now delivering to all countries worldwide.
How long does international shipping take?
International shipping time varies according to destination. Prints which are not in stock go through production in the span of a week and will take an additional approx. 7-20 working days.
How long do local deliveries take?
Unframed prints: Approx 1 Week
Framed prints: Approx 2 Weeks (We provide the best, and good framing takes its time!).
What type of packaging do you use?
Our Large and limited edition prints are wrapped in brown Kraft paper to ensure prints arrive in perfect condition. These are packed in postal cardboard tubes. 20 x 20 cm frames are wrapped, bubble wrapped & packed in a thick corrugated box to ensure a safe arrival. (Locally and internationally).
20 x 20 cm prints are sealed tight in a plastic sleeve bag and packed in a thick padded envelope.
Tracking?
Follow your package! A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been confirmed . We use our local Courier service Maltapost, with registered mail we are able to track down the item.
Do you ship every product?
Unfortunately the large prints arenʼt available framed for international shipping, due to handling & damage precautions. The large prints are available in postal cardboard tubes.
How do I pay?
We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard along with PayPal & PayPal Credit. Once the payment is processed, youʼll receive a digital receipt via email as a confirmation of the purchase with a following email for tracking (in the case of overseas shipping).
What about duties and taxes?
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. It-Torri L-Ahmar has no control over this, and has no way of determining the total cost of duties and taxes. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
What is your return policy?
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. In case of damages from our end, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
